Route description
The main selected direction runs from the Azhek woodland side towards Nizhneye Orekhovo. It passes Lower Azhek Waterfall, then the plateau with Agua’s medieval church remains, before reaching the lower village side. A short additional upper branch attaches near the main beginning and needs its own return; there is no ready combined circuit. The waterfall presents a specific limitation: the bridge directly on the main path is currently mapped dangerous, without confirmed sound condition. The park also lists the Sochi River Valley route closed, with separate territorial visiting rules. Present through passage is therefore unconfirmed. Agree permitted ground, safe bridges, the upper approach and lower departure beforehand. The lower commercial Eco Park Azhek must not be confused with Russian Village Visitor Centre on another upper side.

The upper Azhek side needs an independent permitted approach. Present complete passage is unsuitable for an ordinary family outing: the Lower Waterfall bridge is marked dangerous without confirmed repair. The official passport specifies walking; a stroller is unsuitable. Whole-corridor dog permission and continuous reception are unestablished.
Nearby
Orekhovsky Waterfall lies on another lower branch excluded here. Upper Azhek Waterfall, the gorge continuation and Russian Village Visitor Centre need independent upper approaches. Arrange any lower Eco Park Azhek visit as its own managed attraction.

Without a car
The park describes lower Orekhovka bus arrival and a Dzhaparidze Street walk to the valley entrance. Check present services and return departure separately. This does not deliver you to the selected upper start: agree its permitted approach and every bridge beforehand.
By car
The official lower vehicle approach passes Orekhovka towards the valley’s village side. Check the present dirt road, lawful transfer endpoint and separate upper approach in advance. Woodland paths and bridges are not a vehicle continuation.
Parking
Parking is unconfirmed. Agree lawful lower storage and present terms before travelling. One lower place resolves neither arrival at the upper start nor safe return through the bridge portions.

The Lower Azhek Waterfall bridge lies directly on the main passage and is currently mapped dangerous. Do not use it before sound condition and permitted access are confirmed; a ford is not a safe substitute. Check other bridges and current territorial rules separately. Avoid steep slopes beside the ruins and climbing masonry. Postpone in heavy rain or strong wind.
