Route description

Beyond the Kaindy mouth, the Isfayram-Say continues up its own valley. This version leaves time to explore river bends and smaller side streams near Langar. The Buralybas marks one of these natural junctions, inviting a pause to follow the directions of the gorges on either side. The walk retains a valley character while requiring full trekking arrangements. It can form a distinct stage of a journey along the upper Isfayram-Say, with the day’s finish and onward plan decided in advance. Agree the itinerary through protected land with its staff.

Difficult sections and safety

На что обратить внимание
Elevation gainСуммарный набор высоты — 282 м.
SurfaceТип покрытия пока не определён.
Риски Choose paths carefully at river bends and side branches. Check stream crossings and the road after flooding. The Buralybas is mapped as intermittent, so it should not be your planned permanent drinking-water source.

How much time to allow

Оцените свой темп
Расчётное время в пути 3 h 25 min
С запасом на остановки + 30–60 мин
Allow roughly 4–6 hours for this section with stops; reaching it can take a substantial additional part of the day. Plan further upper-valley walking separately and retain time for detours.

Best time to go

Сезонность и рекомендации
Summer and early autumn with checked road conditions and moderate water levels. Spring and heavy rain need fresh assessment of side streams. Short daylight and cold nights constrain late-autumn plans.
